We have given you a few ideas for gifts here. We do, however, specialise in creating individual hampers and gift boxes tailor-made to suit your requirements and budget. This service is available to personal as well as corporate clients. Just give us a call on 01905 820232 and we will help you all we can.

Gift Cards and Messages
We will include your personal message, handwritten on one of our lovely gift cards at no extra charge.

Substitutes and Replacements
Occasionally demand is so great for particular items that we may need to replace an item with another of similar quality and value.

Weights and Measures
The weights of cut cheeses stated on this website are approximate. All effort is made to give as close to the stated weight as possible.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, view your cart, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping And Handling
We have an online minimum order value of £5 excluding shipping charges.

Shipping And Handling
We use a next business day courier for orders shipped within mainland Britain. Per item charges are based on product weight and start at £8.50 for anything up to 5 Kg.

For individual items such as cheese knives, bisuits and chutney, carriage is charged on an individual product basis. Wherever possible, carriage costs will be reduced by shipping items collectively or separately.

You are notifed of shipping costs per item at the checkout stage.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
